Bait and switch. As others have said, they force you to pay (undisclosed) additional fees to rent the car. Rental facility is not located at the airport rental center and you have to call a shuttle/van to come pick you up. Not trusting them, I ended up canceling my reservation and headed back to car rental center to rent from another company. Unfortunately I did not read reviews prior to booking reservations. Be very careful of this place.

They do not deserve one star. I would give them a minus but the review won't be listed without clicking one star. This company is scamming customers and CarRentals.com is referring customers to them. I waited over an hour for shuttle pick up after calling twice. They get you so angry after waiting for the bus to show up they think you won't argue with them when they tell you they won't rent to you unless you purchase their insurance! Wouldn’t rent the car to me unless I paid so I left without the car. Nasty and rude. Wouldn’t give their names. Said manager was unavailable, gave me his name and phone number which I’m sure are fake and said to call in the morning which didn’t help me with a car at that time. Multiple complaints on Yelp. Reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I will never use them and will not use CarRentals.com again.

This was the absolute worse experience of my life. Extremely confusing once we arrived to the pickup spot by the airport. We waited by the sign G where all the other car rentals are officiated on a sign, however Priceless was the only one not mentioned on the sign nor was there any information or number on how to contact them. We were left feeling uneasy and questioning the legitimacy of this company. We waited over 30 minutes to finally get picked up in this sketchy, hideous, dirty white van. The location of the car rental was run down and in a very weird area of town. The place looked trashy and unprofessional. When I booked online I was told the price I payed would be the final and complete price of the car rental, upon arrival I was charged additional hidden fees… the car ended up costing me a fortune. The staff was rude and starting speaking Spanish behind our backs. This experience was not the way I wanted to start off my vacation after two years of non-travelling due to COVID, dealing with this horrible service was a crummy start to our trip. The drop-off was no better, the driver spoke on the phone the entire time from the car rental back to the airport, driving with one hand making us feel unsafe and not to mention super unprofessional. Once we arrived she rushed out the van and started throwing our baggage out. She left us in a hurry stranded and confused as to which shuttle we needed to take to get back to the main airport entrance. It has now been over 48 hours since we’ve returned home and I have still not received my deposit back and when I try to contact the company I keep getting hung up on the phone. HORRIBLE SKETCHY PLACE, WITH THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Be careful.

Horrible business practices. I reserved this car via Orbitz so I was not aware that Priceless/JC rental is not located at the airport. Customer’s liability coverage has to be $500,000 to avoid getting their insurance. Can we say strong arm!!!! Utterly ridiculous!!!! And the clerk had the audacity to give us a wrecked car. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere!!!

My bill was for $173.36 but they charged my credit card $425.70! When I turned the car in, they told me all was fine and we were square. I will have my credit card folks try to handle this but am open to a lawsuit. I have currently been waiting for someone to pick up for over 7 minutes.
Yes all of a sudden they switched up those rules and now adding an extra $30 fee out of nowhere-. They were manageable before. now this is simple game playing
My bill was $129 and was charged $241 plus had to buy their insurance for an additional $200. The car they gave me had no tread on the tires. I had a blow out at 70mph on Alligator Hwy near Naples and they left me stranded. They made me buy a new tire and drive back. The FDOT had to duck tape and bunge the passenger side molding on. The police, FDOT worker, and the mechanic all said that this car should not have been on the road. Both front tires were bad. After I returned the car to get another one I checked those tires and the tread was not good at that one either. Do Not Use them. It also took 2 hours for them to send a shuttle to get picked up at the airport. It is also very hard to get ahold of them. I had to call Expedia who I booked through to get ahold of them so we could get picked up. I can not stress enough Do not use them.

Do not use them after all the hidden fees you'll be paying more than you pay by a regular company
Correct. They close early like 6 or 8. Also shady with hidden fees and exorbitant deposits. Fox has better hours.
