I had an overall great experience with Enterprise from booking the car online, picking it up at the airport and the return was quick and easy. When we picked up the car, the employee was very accommodating as we wanted to ensure our vehicle had enough space for our party of 7. He drove up another SUV so we could check out the size and decide which one we wanted. He went above and beyond! I forgot his name but he was working on Sun. Aug 31st between 5-6PM. Tall with dark hair! Thank you for the excellent customer service that you provided!! I will be back Enterprise!!

They were very efficient and helpful. Didn’t have any issues with the car aside from our phones not wanting to connect or the screen lagging occasionally. That could have just been heat honestly. But Enterprise was fantastic. A tank of gas in the mini van we rented lasted us a whole week of wandering around the Fort Lauderdale area. Returning the vehicle was easy, and they were just as helpful as they were at the start of it. It was a superb first experience renting a car.

Reserved a standard car at airport. Arrived very near closing time (flight was late flight and running late at that) but the staff was still very friendly. Quick easy pick up - although the car class I had reserved was not in the line up of cars I had to choose from - so I ended up with technically an upgrade to a small suv. Drop off was just as easy and quick - pulled in the staff scanned in the car, did a quick inspection, and asked me how everything went. Again very friendly courteous staff. I did let them know that I thought the car needed brake service as the made a grinding sound when the brakes were applied - and it seemed evident from the amount of brake dust on the rims. I did rate 4/5 stars because although the service was exemplary - the grinding brakes and being low on washer fluid from the start made me feel the car itself could have been better taken care of prior to sending it out. Will definitely rent from enterprise again.

Top notch experience from the greeter at the entrance to the front desk down to the last employee exiting the parking garage. We had five touch points during this experience and every employee exceeded expectations. The vehicle was immaculate and everything worked as it should.

Yes taxi service is available the bus brings you back to the main airport where all taxi drivers are located thus you can call for a lyft or Uber from anywhere

You sure can. Just got to the next building after you leave Enterprise. There are signs to lead you there.
Take 1 S and take airport exit. Once you begin to loop around the you stay in left lane to car rental return. You will enter garage and take the kevel that goes to enterprise return. Easy peasy.

At the rental car return area. All rentals go to the same place, separated by company. Follow the rental return signs.
A national chain like Enterprise should honor all forms of payment. I would rethink the security of a debit card..... Deposit money ties up balances.
They took care of me. Flight was delayed so landed late but the lady at the counter said they had arrangements with a sister company there that was 24/7 I had no issues at all coming in late.

The service was good The interior of the vehicle was dirty staring from the dashboard and the console display to the floors and the seats. I will rethink when using enterprise.

It's possible but don't be surprised if the agents tell you that it will be applied upon return and that they'll need the initial deposit on a credit card.
The automated kiosk does not work. I watched two other customers try without success.

Yes, you can. From my experience though, one way drop offs are more expensive than round trips.
Not a good exp i rented a compac they dont havet aveleable ,oferme a midside no extra charge ,lie next day shows the extra charges plus got a flat tier and the road asistand shows 5 hours later my 3 kids was hungry and tersty bad exp for my family
