DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! This was the worst inconvenient experience I had. Heads up when arriving there is no one working in front desk for Payless a Avis employee has to come out to help you, By the looks of it they do not like helping Payless customers. All I am going to say is I dropped off the rental car on 08/17 and today is 09/08 I haven't gotten my deposit money back , not only that they took out more money on the 09/01 . I have been in circle with Payless about this. Save your time and money, just go some where else.

Reviewing Payless: I could off rented a better deal for the same price. The car had a smell we couldn't get rid of, and it was not “smell like new”.

Worst customer service!! We rented a car from Miami airport where we were told that if we plan to extend our duration we will be charged for an additional day but at the time of return at Orlando airport they charged us $55 for late fee saying they won’t extend instead but will add penalty every hour. When we asked for help the customer representative from Avis as well as Payless were so rude and disrespectful. They were telling us to leave without any explanation. This is the worst customer service we have ever experienced. Would not recommend to anyone.

Payless was a great experience. Car was clean and when we had an emergency and had to depart sooner than expected Payless was able to change drop off location and date to accommodate our needs
