Dee Dee was a true gem! So personable and customer-focused 100%! Unfortunately, can't give 5 star rating overall... Requested pickup from our hotel to the Enterprise office to secure the rental. Had to call to inquire the driver's ETA when the scheduled time had expired by 15 minutes. No one had been sent to pick me up yet. Dee Dee immediately came to get me and took me back to the hotel after I returned the car the next day too.

Terrible service. Had no vehicles even though had reservations.. and was not helpful at all. Had to pay for a Lyft to figure out where to get a rental car from.. on my birthday. Scheduled this week's in advance. And there excuse was they had no way of contacting me.. but I was getting email notification of reservation..

I needed a month long rental after raccoons ate thru my wiring harness and this particular Enterprise was fantastic. Progressive had set up the reservation before I got there and within 10 min of arriving, Justin had me in a vehicle. It was a large pickup truck which i knew was too much vehicle for me for a month, so after the holiday weekend, I swung back by and switched into something smaller. Dana and Justin helped again and I was swapped out and in the road in under 10 minutes. Return a month later was just as fast. Thank you for making this part of a bad situation really easy and efficient!

I was sent over from my mechanic! Justin greeted me and Ozzie took care of my check out! Both gentlemen had great customer service and made sure I was taken care. The return of the car with Ozzie was smooth and quick! Thank you so much! It’s great to walk into a place and feel seen as a customer!

They wouldn't shuttle me. IMHO rent somewhere else worst enterprise I have ever rented from.

No they don't its going to cost you cab service 16.00 each way .
They do not have shuttle services but will call a cab or uber for you. My answer is specifically for the rental out post on Federal highway, the nearest to the cruise terminals
S Federal location is just North of 595 and has Excellent Vehicles including trucks

They will pick you up. They will not reimburse.

If you do call and speak with someone from the davie location, it is possible that they can waive the drop charge. If not, you may have to pay.
