My bill was for $173.36 but they charged my credit card $425.70! When I turned the car in, they told me all was fine and we were square. I will have my credit card folks try to handle this but am open to a lawsuit. I have currently been waiting for someone to pick up for over 7 minutes.

I also had Orbitz call them to refute the bogus charges they added and no one picked up, that is the way they operate but I am surprised that orbits still does business with them if that continues I think we should go after orbits in a lawsuit

I refused charges on my card. And. The credit card company put them back on. I would be interested in a group lawsuit.
I had several representatives from Orbitz try and contact them with no luck to dispute charges they added to my bill. If they don't pick up the phone for Orbitz I'm not surprised they won't for anyone else.
