I never had to get a refund for what I do not know.

I used to work there as the Security Guard. It's a good company. They're staff is very nice however they don't allow customers to park their personal vehicles in the lot.

They don't drop you yo the main airport building. Their shuttle will take you to the cat rental center. Then from there you will take a 2nd shuttle 2 the airport. Make sure you have enough time. The shuttle can take 10 -15 min to arrive. Have a safe trip

You have a 30 minute extension from your original drop time that no additional charges will be applied. However past that standard procedure is to charge an additional day.

You must get two shuttles. One from airport to Sixt pick up point. And then Sixt mini bus will take you to your car pick up point. The staff are friendly and helpful!

You can take the car anywhere you'd like, within the US. I rented a BMW and the process is quick and easy. Unlimited mileage, clean car, super nice people.

The authorization amount on Premium and Luxury vehicles (PCAR, PFAR, PTAR, LCAR, LDAV, LCAV, LFAR, LFAV, LTAR) is a minimum of $500, Extraordinary vehicles (XCAR, XCAV, XDAV, XFAR, XFAV, XFAZ, XTAR) have an authorization amount of $1000-$2500, and all higher-end vehicles (XDAR, XZAN, XFAN, XJAN, XSAJ, XTAJ, XTAM, XTAN) have minimum authorization of $2500. For Debit Cards a deposit of $200 plus the cost of the rental will be taken as a deposit from the Debit Card. These funds will not be available to you during the rental.
