My overall experience was excellent. Jesse, the staff member, that assisted me with rental reservation was very friendly and helpful. If "service with a smile"was a person, it would definitely define Jesse. He's awesome. I hope that when I make my next rental reservation, he is the ONE that helps me through the process again. I left feeling welcomed, satisfied, and at ease. The car was amazing and it smelt clean and rode like luxury. I shared with my family and friends about my service and experience, and they said that they would definitely be interested in renting from this establishment. I even enjoyed the return process. I didn't have to go stand in a line just to return the car. Hakim, the service staffer, was very friendly as well. Just because of the GREAT service I received from my last visit, I definitely will be back in the near future. 5 STARS PLUS for Jesse and Hakim....

The vehicle I selected wasn’t immediately available, so they gave me a substantially better vehicle for the same prepaid rate. Returning the vehicle was also very smooth, so I will definitely use Sixt in the future and recommend the quality service they provide. Vehicle was clean, in very good condition and trouble free which isn’t always the case with rental vehicles these days.

Sooo, i have been renting with sixt since 2005 or something and have a platinum status. This experinece was about the worst all round blame the customer experience i have had for something that was obviously a Sixt error. After an hour of dealing with it i gave up and seemingly out of spite they gave me a car that was not clean, not full of gas (dispute the rental agreement saying it was) and probably the oldest in the fleet. You will see this is my first review on yelp so it must have been bad.

I was give them 4 stars because of the lady that helped me but this unacceptable. These guys are trying to say I damaged the car then sent me pictures of a different vehicle. I had a Chrys Pacifica. The first pic is what I had. The second picture is some vehicle they sent me. The two vehicles dont look the same at all. Also the last 3 pictures are me cleaning the car and getting car wash. I did not damage their car. And they're trying to scam me by sending me someone else scratched up vehicle. I'm super embarrassed and appalled these guys will do this.

Hi Michelle. One of the most convenient attributes of renting a car with SIXT is that as you prepare to disembark from your ship, we can pick you up. Our shuttle service can be waiting for you right off the boat and take you to our nearby branch, which is just 2 miles from the port. The shuttle service will ensure that you get to your ship or the SIXT office in a timely manner. When returning the vehicle, there is a different return address on 6th Avenue in Fort Lauderdale.
No. But it's very easy to get an Uber from there and it's cheap, because it's close.
Sixt is not in FLL airport but you can go to bus stop 7 and they will take you directly to the rent a car with their shuttle service without any cost. Shuttle bus are orange with black, you won't get lost!

For debit they do charge deposit depends on vehicles 150 will be a common number, they do require a copy of one of your current electric bill I think
I use Uber. The port service it's not included.
Sixt was easy to use. Bus from Fort Lauderdale airport to rental company, them return to rental company and they shuttle you to the cruise terminal. Prices were reasonable. Even the day we did it with long lines at the cruise terminal and lots of people returning cars, they were very efficient in processing everyone.

I pretty much had the same issue in trying to update my rental and was not able to so I actually had to wait until I got there they cancel that rental added another one the updated one and then they didn't charge me anything to do that

The inventory will vary from day to day. You.may reserve a particular class but specific cars are not guaranteed. I wanted a mini Mercedes, reserved it. Got there they were gone. But nice enough to up grade me to a mini jaguar!
If I remember, they will charge you an extra day on your credit card
A nice place to rent a car. As far as I know debit cards are not accepted.
