Is this location TRULY right onsite at the airport or are we going to have to ride a shuttle somewhere? and I assume if we book here the company bus will take us over to airport, correct? and TRULY open 24/7?

It is at the airport. If you fly into the airport, you take a tram to baggage claim, and another to all car rental and long term parking.

It is at the airport but they have a shuttle that you have to ride to pick up bags etc. You get off the plane and get directly on the shuttle....last stop is all the rental companies
