My experience was awesome at the Enterprise Tampa Airport location. The front desk personnel checked my reservations to ensure I had the best deal and vehicle size. I was able to save even more money which was surprising because I already had a very cheap deal. The concierge took one look at me and said "You pick the vehicle and have a nice stay." He realized no car was going to suit me because of my height. I will always use this company.

Be careful. I recently went on a family vacation and rented a sububan from them for my wife, 3 kids, dad, and 90yr old grandma. I will take some blame that i didnt check all the tires. I saw the pass side were brand new, the drivers rear was also, i didnt check the drivers front! Left a old tire on that i saw 4 days into the trip the cords were coming out of the inside of the tire! I cant believe they would do this. Luckily nobody was hurt or killed! This is not only unsafe....but illegal! I tried to call with no help....instructed to email. Sent two emails and still not a reply a month later. I don't like to leave negative reviews, but somebody needs to fix this before they hurt someone! Also, they airbag light was coming on as well?

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. I had an awful experience with Enterprise Rent a Car and will never rent from enterprise again. In the middle of my rental, I was T boned in an accident by somebody who went through a stop sign, causing the vehicle to become inoperable. I telephoned enterprises roadside assistant and was assured that that a tow truck and the replacement rental would be at my location in about an hour or so. It was because of their statement about the time in which they would respond that I passed up on the state trooper's offer to bring me to a hospital because I was injured, however nothing I thought at first that required an ambulance. Throughout the over 7 hour wait, I telephoned customer service and even spoke to another representative numerous times, even being hung up on once, and long after it had gotten dark. I was left to walk with an injured leg and ankle on the other leg, along with other injuries, to a gas station acouple of blocks away. After a taxi brought me to my hotel I tried to go to a hospital and and there was an 8 hour wait or longer which I could not risk sitting there as I had a return flight home early the following day. Enterprise rent a car directly contributed to my extended pain and suffering because they failed to provide timely and Service that would have ensured my safety.

I always enjoy my experience renting w Enterprise. No headaches like other car rental places that hit you with fees. This location is 24hours. Able to get what I ordered for vehicle Midsize Jeep Compass. The car was fine. No issues. Return was super easy.

It is at the airport. If you fly into the airport, you take a tram to baggage claim, and another to all car rental and long term parking.

Yes you can but I recommend you make a reservation first online or on the app and it will prompt you to just pick up the car without getting in line you can make the payment on the app no fuss no must quick and easy. However you will need to return the vehicle at the airport as well one way only…
You can use a debit bank card, I use mine all the time, I just rented one and they hold $200.00 til car comes back
For us, they've always been easy to work with. I've changed and cancelled reservations on the spur of the moment, so as long as you are not particular about an exact vehicle, you should be able to put the reservation in your daughter's name. Normally the US only add the fees at the time of the rental so you need to let them know to include it at that time . Hope this helps

There is a monorail that connects the rental car complex with the main terminal. Travel time is probably about 5 minutes. Drop off was quick for me, basically just pull in she's they tell you, leave the keys, grab your stuff and go.
I took a tram from terminal inside main airport to parking garage to get my vehicle. Offices in main terminal but vehicles located in off terminal garage. Google to check map of airport to confirm my recollection is correct

I have never paid a penalty for drop offs with Enterprise. I recently rented a chevy Silverado in tampa. Left it in ft Myers had it 8 days total bill was $261.00. Everyone Else was $400.00+
Most car rental companies do this. Some charge extra. Ive never done it with Enterprise, but i have with Budget and they didn't charge anything. You will need to check with them to be certain, but yes, it is possible.
They are located just outside in a separate building. I am pretty sure they will be open when you get there.
I don't see why you couldn't, if you still have a current drivers license and insurance.
