Do you have to make a reservation or can you just get a car when you arrive at the airport?

Very easy to make reservation and you only pay when you actually pick it up, get the app and earn points

I made a reservation on my phone . If I didn't do that I could only rent a mini van for walk up service. But I made my reservation right @ the rental car desk on my phone. Then gave them the confirmation# and I was able to get a Nissan sentra. It was a nice car.
