I made a reservation and when I arrived the vehicle wasn’t there. Brianna the store manager was so rude. He said you and 6 others In Tampa need a truck. Good luck. I showed him my reservation number and he said that’s no good here. It was made online and we don’t recognize those. Everything I asked him about or told him he said I was wrong or lying. He actually called me a liar. When I told him this was ridiculous and I was going to Hertz. He said “ That’s a great idea, you are rude and we have no trucks for you” He actually called a customer rude. He was unable to answer my questions So Instead of doing so chose to be rude and aggressive. I walked down the street .3 miles to Hertz and got the vehicle I needed for work In 5 min. Hertz was super polite, kind and helpful. We have cancelled our corporate account with Enterprise and opened one with Hertz. So long to Brian and his poor customer service skills.

My personal vehicle was in service for longer than expected and I was pleased to be able to rent from the local enterprise. At their location, Dino, Alicia and Dre all were instrumental in making the process of getting my rental car squared away; they made it so easy and they were all really a joy to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this enterprise location again.

If I could give this place no stars i would but today i witnessed poor customer service from an employee. His name is either David or Brandon not sure but he was being very racist to young man in the store early this morning. He wa not willing to help him and not only that he was helping all the white customers before him which made me not want to rent as well. The young man was not disrespectful to him at all. He clearly said that he didn’t want to rent to him for no reason. The young man was even recording in the process. So there is actual footage. This made my skin crawl because as a black woman we still have to face being racially discriminated against our skin color. This employee needs to be reprimanded. This behavior is so unacceptable in this day in age. I will never go back to this location for anything until he the employee is dealt with.

WOW. I have utilized Enterprise for rentals for a long time and I expected nothing less than an amazing car buying experience from this team in Tampa. I had an amazing experience with Ashley Dahl and I was so happy to have such a friendly, fun individual helping me out with a purchase. Ashley helped to set expectations at the forefront of the process and truly listened to what I was looking for in my next vehicle. Enterprise had A LOT to choose from and the fact that the customer gets to see the entire process (choosing lenders, signing the official contracts, etc.) was really great and Ashley made me feel like a part of the process rather than someone just buying a car. If you are looking for quality, used vehicles to choose from, I would highly recommend going to Enterprise Car Sales in Tampa for your next vehicle.
