Worst experience ever! I was involved in a car accident and at first things went smooth. Till they put me in a small car that gave me anxiety. The manager there never gets back and I’m just told “the charges are what they are and if you don’t understand then we need the car back “ after being over charged. Then had to pay $110 for using roadside assistance and I never even knew it would be a charge was not informed at all.

Dennis was amazing with his customer service, but the car had the maintenance alerts right from pickup and wouldn’t go away. It was a Nissan altima with 60k miles on it so not sure if that’s expected.

Loved the Staff they work hard for you. used to love the company. was a lifelong Enterprise guy, but after an insurance claim they "upgraded" my car because there was no way I could fit in a Standard car. And then "boom" surprise $575.00 bill on my credit card for their 'upgrade' a rickety rattly old jeep. I'm back to hertz and budget because of the greed and sneakiness.

Easy experience. Process was simple. 10 minutes to pick up the car and we were out of the door with it. Drop off was excellent to. Easy process and the gentlemen working the counter, Shawn, was extremely helpful during the drop off process. Would definitely recommend this location.
