I had the opportunity of getting a rental car through this Location and they were super friendly and accommodating - however i had some obstacles getting here beginning to end. First, i couldnt get ahold of anyone for majority of the time. and every time i got a voicemail to call back - i would call back almost immediately and still be put on hold. There were times i was on hold for 10-20 maybe even 30 minutes before i just gave up and hung up the phone. I had to have my collision repair site reach out to this location to try to get some accommodations put into place for my rental -- after this was set into place everything for the most part went smooth and my experience was okay. When it came to returning the vehicle i didnt have to do it, my collision site did it for me. When i got a follow up call i was informed there was an out of pocket charge for the type of rental i had- which i understood, no issue. However i was misinformed - i was told that i would be getting my $50 deposit back - instead i was paying the out of pocket charge and did not receive my deposit - after the rep assured me i would get my $50 deposit back. And on top of paying a total of $74 at the beginning for initial deposit - i have yet to see that come back to me at all. I understand there are deposits, holds, etc but i was a little upset to find out that i had to pay out of pocket on top of my deposit. Its only $50 so its fine, but i feel like i shouldve been warned that my deposit wouldve went towards my out of pocket charge ( my out of pocket charge was only $29 so i feel like im still missing the remaining $21 - but thats neither here or there) Overall my experience was fine. Just wish the associates were more clear about the deposit and refunds as well as answering the phones when there are clearly people waiting to be helped. I get that there are a shortage of employees but there has to be a better way this can be handled. Thanks

Enterprise has always been decent, today they did better. Malik helped me into a more preffered class as opposed to what they had sitting around. He sourced me something more proper from another location and had me in the vehicle within minutes. He explained in detail the different types of coverages i could purchase and how they could potentially better my rental experience. Great job enterprise team and thank you so much malik! 🙏 every enterprise location should use this place as a model of how every enterprise location should handle their prospects. 5 stars 🌟

Most of the time they put me in a Ford focus or a Nissan.
You can hold the vehicle with one card and pay with another when you go to do the paperwork.
