I reserved a Jeep for a week at $574/wk. When I arrived Thrifty said it was over $600 plus a $500 hold on my bank check card. Then explained if we used a major credit card there is only a $200 deposit required. Also if you wish your spouse or travel partner to drive its an additional $13/day. The desk teller was polite but not helpful. Basically told us goodluck and go somewhere else. So we went to Alamo and got what we wanted for less including paying for fuel upfront. Highly recommend Alamo.

They gave me a disgusting car with tissues, chip bags in the car seat pockets, and halls mint wrappers (someone was sick who rented previous obviously) thrown everywhere. I called and they said that all they could do is “document it”. I wanted to switch cars or be reimbursed to clean it and the lady I spoke to “Leía” hung up in me. I called again and “Michael” said a supervisor would call me back. It’s 4 days later and no one has called. I also did the website messaging and no response. THIS IS NOT FOLLOWING COVID REGULATIONS. YOURE DIRTY DISGUSTING CARS HAVE TO BE CLEANED BETWEEN RENTALS!!!

Janky location, VERY janky desk agents. Bad attitudes, unhelpful, and worst of all just garbage cars. Go anywhere else.

There is a drop box by the rental car return spots for the respective business.
There is a thrifty car rental inside the airport. You have to take the shuttle inside the airport.

Yes absolutely, you'll want to make sure they will still have a car when you get there. Our flight was delayed only an hour and when we went to rent out car that was reserved they were out if cars but was luckily able to rent it out of the Hertz lot. (I was told they all share cars)Good luck hope that helps.
You probably can, but they usually put a hold on the funds until the rental is complete and all charges clear.

No, its located at the rental car structure. A shuttle from the terminal is required.
