Worst experience, do not use this company. Our car would not start. It was not a battery problem. The key fob worked as far as unlocking/locking the car but the car wouldn’t sense the fob to start it. We tried everything the sales associate said to do. They had US call the Nissan manufacturer (we rented a Nissan) to see if they would help us. Nissan said they couldn’t help us because we weren’t the warranty holder/owner of the car. Nissan tried to help with trouble shooting but nothing worked. Red the owners manual that was in the glove compartment, nothing worked. Ace stranded us. Had to use a competitive company in order to get a new car.

Worse customer service ever. Good luck getting someone to answer the phone or return a call. You go online for assistance only to get a box to request a call back that NEVER happens. Needed help in the middle of hurricane Ian and they were of NO Help. Better luck riding the bus or getting a bicycle rather to rent a car from ACE.

The worst experience I’ve ever had with any company. I was in an accident and my insurance paid $11,000. Ace is still asking for $7,000 more. Yes, they are cheaper than other rental car companies but it’s not worth the risk.

Awful experience. Rental reserved online, final charges came to 3x that amount after being given a smaller vehicle. Vehicle broke down after 3 days, had to have a replacement sent that showed up an hour and a half late. Was without rental car for almost a full day, only received a $50 credit. Absolutely do not rent from this place. A complete scam and waste of money.

Early drop off credit depends on a few situations. If you are a fully prepaid rental in which you paid upfront when you made the reservation, then no as you are locked in at a discounted rate and there are no refunds. If you paid at the counter then there can be based on your rental pick up time and original return time. Rentals are based on 24 hour periods so it just all depends on your original return and pick up time.
No! A very similar situation happened to us on our family vacation. This ACE Rental car is a horrible establishment. What they are doing should be illegal. Do not be lured by the lower price, you will lose in the end.
We have a prepaid toll pass you can purchase for $9.99 a day and incur all the tolls you want. If you have your own Sunpass, you have to call Sunpass to add our plate to your Sunpass account as it typically does not work online as we have all of the vehicles on a toll fleet account.
Hi, we do not rent to anyone under the age of 21 unless you booked using one of the military booking channels with does require a copy of your orders and you have to pay with your military issued credit card for travel.
Follow signs thru baggage area. Go up escalator go to tram and it will tell you when to get off. Ace is on the left and way in the back. 3 other rental places in front of them
You'll need to take the light rail to the car rental facility.

Both are good answers. There was a fee which i avoided as the person at the desk told me tge route that would bypass tools
Some airlines have set up baggage checkin at the car rental center. About 700 bags are currently being checked in at the car rental center. It is not by each rent a car company but a general bag check in at the rental car center.

They are all in the Airport now. But get there early. The new tram sustem at the airpirt is poorly designed and is inconvenient to handi cap elderly special needs and traveling with children
No they don't and if I were you I wouldn't consider renting from this location. They charged me an additional 51.0p and when I asked why and wanted proof it's been a month and still no answer. I'll have my credit card company dispute the charge. Like someone commented run don't walk away from here
Expedia does not allow flexibility although they tell you to call the merchant. Takes effort and time
