I can highly recommend Howard Piano Industries for their great selection of products. But beyond that, their customer service is amazing! Recently I needed to purchase a parts kit for a piano I am refurbishing. It showed out of stock on the website. When I called to ask when they would be available the gentleman told me they were assembling the kits and they would be back in stock soon, but rather then just telling me to check back later he added stock to the website to allow me to order right away. This was a real time saver for me! I will be purchasing from them again!
