We had our hardwood floors refinished by Redondo Flooring and Design. Cannot say enough about how wonderful from start to finish. Very professional. My floors are beautiful. Starting with John when he came out to give us a quote. It was very reasonable. The best out of three quotes. I highly recommended them. John delivered on everything he promised. Besides being so nice and polite. He was recommed to me by two of my friends that had their floors, carpet and blinds done. I give him a ten!!

I don't normally write reviews but im so happy with the deal I got from John. from start to finish he was in constant contact with me and my husband on the installation of the new floor. we havent changed the floor in 20 years so this was very much needed. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for fast and good service.

This is a little overdue, but John and his crew did a wonderful job on our flooring! From our first contact with John he was really communicative and responsive to all my questions and mindful of our budget. We visited his shop in Redondo to look at samples and finalize the flooring. We were still unsure which color or type of flooring we wanted but John gave us so many good tips on which one we should go with while being mindful of our budget. He was patient with us and clearly very knowledgeable! Once we chose the flooring, he and his crew started working on our floors right away. During that time, he would contact us via text and calls to give us an update and with any issue that came about, and our house had, what seemed, like a lot of issues! We were very appreciative of that constant communication and the solutions to fix it. If you are in doubt or hesitant, I definitely recommend John! You won’t be disappointed!

There are so many methods and cleaners that can be used for different floor. We do carry stock of mop kits and floor cleaners for hard surfaces and carpet in store that we recommend to our customers when we are working with them on a project.

We are a family-owned business with over 30 years experience in this industry. Now that Pedro Arce ( previous owner) has retired. The company is now run by his son John Arce. John has been a journeyman in the field under his supervision and other contractors from the tender age of 15. Along with the experience and passion for the industry, he is also a licensed flooring contractor -bonded and insured.
Yes, we are licensed, bonded and insured so our clients can rest assured that our contractor is responsible and will complete all work professionally and correctly.
Each product has its own manufacture warranty which covers product defects and issues. This can be further discussed at the time of purchase. As for the installation of products, we provide a standard 1 year warranty, which is an industry standard and California law.
We have a wide array of products in each category we carry to match any budget. Clients can simply let us know their budget and we can match products to meet their needs.
