the staff is very friendly, but unfortunately the wait is very long to see the doctor, I have waited more than an hour, I had to cancel another medical appointment :-(

Representative at Covid-19 Booster check-in was rude and treaded us disrespectfully. Even took lengthy pause making us wait prior to calling next in line. She was not friendly and condescending. I have never experienced this attitude at this Kaiser location or any other. Her name badge was also turned so it could not be read. The rest of Kaiser staff at this appointment was very friendly and professional.

receptionist is so rude, when I came for mammogram appointment, she said that no mammogram because machine is broken down, her record showing that there was call for cancellation in Sept 30, I ask her why I have still got the call to remind me for this appointment on Oct 3rd , I turn on the voice message to prove that I got message that remind me for appointment . She is not listen, but keep yelling that message inform cancellation and ask to reschedule , (even though that message is just remind if you have Covid -19 symptom .. you need to reschedule) , she keep yelling that appointment is cancel and ask me to come to mammogram room to talk with person their with loud voice , her customer service is really bad because I came for nothing but get yelling from her, I really want to give 1star, but make 3 stars because I am happy with my primary doctor . It will be perfect if having better customer service

Kaiser has it set up so that you pay for insurance and then Kaiser has you pay full price for treatment. I don't see the benefit of having insurance other than that prescription drugs are cheap. I have insurance through Kaiser and I still can't afford an office visit with Kaiser. I never thought I would have medical insurance and not be able to visit the doctor. I had an umbilical hernia surgery a little over a year ago. Now I'm having pain in the surgery area and can't afford to be seen by a doctor at Kaiser. I recently set up an appointment online and it was for almost a month away. I called to get an appointment sooner and was told to go to the emergency room. Couldn't find out from the Kaiser rep what I would be charged for such a visit but from my past experience with Kaiser it would be high. Maybe one day someone at Kaiser will develop technology where they can tell you the cost of an office visit. But for now if you are in pain and need treatment Kaiser puts you in a situation that is like talking to the finance guy at a used car lot about costs. Before my surgery I had to visit multiple doctors for exams, I charged different prices for these visits then when I called to see how much the co-pay was for the surgery the Kaiser rep said it was zero. A co-worker with the same insurance told me that was incorrect. I called back and after an hour or so I found out that the co-pay for the surgery was $686. I asked if there were any other charges, the Kaiser rep said no. A month after the surgery I got a bill from Kaiser for $4,000 (Kaiser bill says $14,000 and $10,000 paid by insurance)It seems that a hernia surgery without insurance is $5,000 and with insurance Kaiser charges $14,000 plus co-pays and exams. Trying to find out costs from Kaiser is difficult. What Kaiser is doing here is raising the price of the surgery to about triple of what it actually is and then pretending to cover the patient. Retail stores sometimes use this tactic. A retail store will raise the regular price by double and then have a 50% off sale. You don't actually get any savings, just the illusion of savings. The only difference between Kaiser and a shady retailer using this trick is Kaiser triples the charge. I think Kaiser just wants people to pay for insurance and only use it for prescription drugs. The only affordable thing from this entire ordeal was the painkillers (they are narcotic) they prescribed them for pain after surgery, I didn't use them and just took advil. The total charge they have for a 30 minute surgery is over $15,000 and the narcotic painkillers were under $10

No M-F only Harbor City open
No
The Torrance Medical Office on Madrona does not have an emergency room or urgent care. The closest one I go to that has both is the South Bay Kaiser on PCH.
There is a lab for bloodwork. That's the best that I can tell you.
No it does not. The one on Madrona in Torrance does not have anyting but primary care doctors. The closest urgent care would be Harbor City, Normandie North and Pacific Coast Highway. Normandie North is the building with the Urgent Care, the ER is across the street. Again, Pacific Coast Highway and Normandie in Harbor City
No they don't. You have to go to Harbor City Kaiser.
