The worst place to come for poor teens/young adults. They take FOREVER to see you, they never answer the phone, I’ve had to almost miss my meds many times due to how unresponsive this whole Erie network is. I hate it.

David Clarke is by far the worst medical professional my family has ever had to deal with. He was the worst to get Amy type of medication refills for my son, he would say he would have the scripts ready and never did when he said he would, walgreens tried calling him to refill and nothing. My son's specialist gave us referrals for a blood test and David Clarke said he didn't think it was medically necessary? How can someone that has a legitimate referral for blood work and "cares" for my son say that? The worst bed side manner, we switched PCP's immediately, I still can't believe he's considered a provider of medicine when he never cared for the well being of a patient. Do yourself a favor don't go to him. It's a waste if time there's better medical professionals out there.

Edit 2022: I transfered my kids to another person office not affiliated with Erie in October 2021. Its August 2022. They still have not sent my kids immunization and medical records despite me and the clinic calling several times. They even sent a letter stating my kids did not exist in the system or recived medical care. That is absolutely unacceptable. I am angry and frustrated that I had to call again to resolve it. They switched online portals too. Agter calling on Auguest 3, 2022 I ended up having to sign up for the portal again to share the record by pdf to the peds myself. It's taken almost 1 year to receive records and that is a violation of our patients rights. ****** Most of my experiences at Erie are great.the midwive I had during pregnancy at Division was great. Patient consent is taken very seriously at Erie. Before any procedure they will stop and ask for consent. I find that important. The wait time is usually 15mins or less. Most of the time I'm called at my appointment time.
