Saturday August 27, 2022 I took my daughter and niece to this clinic to see Dr. Cook. Let me say the staff was very professional. The front desk welcomed them with open arms and the MA and Provider took their time to insure I received everything I needed. Thank you for a great experience.

I brought my mother in to see Dr. Shah because my mother's old provider had left ACCESS. Dr. Shah took the time to review my mom's health history in great detail as well as answer all the questions that my mom had. Dr. Shah even adjusted her medications accordingly which I was very happy about. I am very happy that my mom can get the care she needs and deserves at ACCESS Rogers Park. The staff was great also - professional and friendly. I have nothing but great things to say about this clinic.
