Had to call for fraud, an attempt to open an account, that I caught through monitoring service I have. Absolute nightmare to deal with. Their call centers are in the Phillipines and those people are awful in terms of actually being able to help.

Do you understand that your credit reporting algorithms are illegal under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (US Code 95-109) in that your are it to predict future results are legally allowed to report on past actual experience?

You reduced my credit score by 23 pts. for a charge ($2000.) that occurs about every 12 weeks; Why? I have always paid down this item in anticipation of the next charge. I am being responsible; you are not.
