Lloyd Miller Law really gave me good advice and helped my friend when she was injured in a car accident. Thank you for caring and for getting her the best legal representation.
Maureen Fitzgerald
Miller and Lloyd went to work for me and got me a great settlement. I would recommend them to anyone.

Always take photographs of the damage done to your vehicle and the other side’s car. Call the police and file a police report. If the police won’t come, go to the police station and file a report there. Keep copies of all your medications and take notes of all the treatment you received. Save your cast (if you have one) and keep all your pill containers. Do not talk to the other side’s insurance company or post anything on social media. Doing so may compromise your case and reduce your recovery. Finally, make sure to receive all the medical care the doctors order. Failing to do so makes it look like your injury isn’t so severe and that you were not as injured as you’re claiming.
First thing you should do is seek medical help. Go to the emergency room immediately to get examined. Even if you think your injuries are minor, you should still get checked out as often times a minor impact can result in devastating injuries. Once your condition has stabilized, you should call our office for a free consultation.
The Illinois Statute provides that a claimant’s attorney is entitle to a 20% fee. Given that the fee is the same regardless of which attorney you chose, it is best to select an attorney with years of experience practicing workers’ compensation law and who has a track record of results.
Yes, call us immediately. Many soft tissue injuries can become chronic or mask a much more serious injury.
