Horrible experience at this office. Employees are either not answering the phone or ignoring the faxes on top of the office has been closed for a long time now. No interest in helping people. For those experiencing same issues please call your senator and representative or get a lawyer. Let’s pressure them to investigate this place

How am I suppose to get a ssn if they won’t pick up the phone. A lot of things can only be done while having a ssn. It’s like disabling a person. Absolutely ridiculous. No sort of service and management. Deserves minus stars.

I would think she can change it thru the post office which can be done online....you can call the ssa and ask but much easier to go and just ask.... They take questions right away and will lead you in the right direction ....
Depends on what you hourly rate is usually you have what's called a 7 period that's when you can continue to collect your full benefit amount without deduction after that they will probe you about your hourly wages per week and start to make adjustments in your S.S CHECK
