it’s nearly impossible to speak to anyone!!!!!!!!!! no one ever picks up, last time i called it was 5:30 something i was put on hold. a few seconds later the automated voice message went off saying they were closed even tho they close at 6. TERRIBLE.

Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone. They block the schedule online and then when you call they either don’t pick up or place you on long holds when your pet isn’t feeling well. If you can’t reach anyone what is the point of paying the monthly fee??? I have been when them for a long time but the customer service has really went down hill.

I consistently have to call multiple times to get through to the staff. It is frustrating having to call through Petsmart mainline to get the call transferred to Banfield and still have them not answer the phone. Although when they do answer my questions/concerns are addressed.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
