Do NOT come here if you’re looking to see your machine again. My machine, that I got for Christmas had an issue and we brought it here in April. It’s now August and the man who works here says he lost my machine, and when we try to call him he doesn’t answer, hangs up, or says he “will call back after he looks for it” and never does. My mom has had to contact so many places to try and get a new machine, and it has been a long and difficult process. He is rude and by the hundreds of machines covering his store, I can guarantee I am not the only one who had this happen to them. Moral of the story, do NOT come here! (I would rate it 0 stars if I could)

Zero stars. Called this man a week prior to verify hours. Drove one hour and waited 40 minutes pass the opening time for someone to arrive. Finally gave up and glad I did after reading these other reviews. From what I could see the shop looked disorganized, dusty, and outdated. I sincerely doubt I would have gotten machine back in working order had the man actually been at the store to receive it. I took another reviewers suggestion and drove to Above and Beyond in Nyack. Nice, bright, employees helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient.
