Kozy’s is always my bike shop of choice but especially for bike repairs/service. I got doored yesterday while on my bike and I took my bike in to Kozy’s! Vincent fixed my bike immediately and explained everything to me so I would know what to look for. He was also a calm presence to have in a situation that was very scary for me!

Figured I’d throw Kozy’s a nice review after buying two bikes from them in July. One bike (Men’s Batch Hybrid) has had both wheels replaced due to manufacturing defects. Kozy has replaced both wheels for free under warranty, plus they gave me a fall tuneup while the 2nd wheel got replaced. The bikes are pricey but it’s a neighborhood shop that will take care of you if something goes wrong. Plus they have price points for pretty much every budget and accessories galore.

Bought parts here recently to upgrade components on my vintage road bike. They had everything I needed (parts + tooling). Being a beginner, I made a mistake sizing the new part, and didn’t realize the issue until after install. I was still able to exchange for the correct size in-store despite having installed it on my bike, which was appreciated since I know that’s not a guarantee at every bike shop. Staff was nice and helpful each time I came in. Will definitely bring my bike here for service when I inevitably screw up the next upgrade.

Kozy's has been wearing masks with limited capacity since April of last year. Here is our policy listed on kozy.com: https://www.kozy.com/articles/covid-19-policy-pg2977.htm In regards to face masks: Effective Nov. 1st, 2020, we will require all customers, guests and employees to wear a face mask or face shield at Kozy locations. Entry to Kozy's will only be granted to those wearing a face mask or face shield. Children under the age of 2 are exempt. Kozy's has had a face mask policy in effect since April 1st, 2020, but members who could not wear a mask due to a medical condition were exempt. This is no longer the case. If a customer has a medical condition that prevents them from wearing a mask, they must wear a face shield at Kozy's. This updated policy may seem inconvenient to some, however we believe the added safety is worth any inconvenience.
