All of the social security offices are idiots no one knows what they are doing so under trained when they owe you money it's very hard to get back they owe me thousands of dollars will I ever see it I don't know but I m fighting like hell the only thing is you can never get someone on the phone

I hope they have zero stars so I could rate that facility. Lack of communication, you call and someone give you their information which is not the right information. I call several time because I applied for a card no one has the correct information after they are tired of giving the wrong information that’s when they aware of the problem. Managers are unprofessional, they are aware of the situation but never done any follow up. I don’t know who is running that facility.

it is very important that they make an urgent change of employees they never open at the correct time and there are days that are closed they do not have good customer service the one who is answering the calls has an absurd attitude gives the answers in a bad temper
