Get to a concert last night , one hour before it starts and the attendant tells me "LOT IS CLOSED" we over booked. Had a reservation and did not care. Said we had to email for a refund.

Courteous attendants, just up the block from Pru Center, liked being able to pre-pay online and be guaranteed a parking space (was $40 as opposed to $45 on site) but not a good experience picking up vehicle after a sold-out show. A huge waiting line because cars are valet parked everywhere in the small lot including up and down the narrow street and cars have to be moved around in order for the attendants to get them out. Attendants did their best under the circumstances but will look for a park yourself lot next time.
