Dr Kramm has been my doctor for 2+ yrs and everything about this place has been great. The whole staff have been very polite with me. I have a serious brain injury and the treat me no different from anyone else. I have no complaints.

Dr Kramm himself is very good but not his staff. I have been a patient for around 10 years. Unfortunately lost insurance. Trying to transfer to a doctor on Medicaid for now but won't help. Not even a call back to say no. This after giving me expensive new medicine. I can't afford both a 200+ appointment and over 300 for medicine due to new rules.

Great Doctor! My husband has been seeing him for over 15 years. Office staff however are horrendous. They are rude, forget to turn the phones on after the office opens, do not inform you when the office closes early, do not convey messages to the Doctor and are all around unprofessional. Literally called for over an hour after opening and continued to get the “call back during office hours” message. When my husband missed his appointment due to illness and I spent an hour trying to reschedule, the receptionist tried to charge him a no show fee.

Dr. Kramm is very kind and understanding. He’s the best doctor I’ve ever seen! And because of my illness, I’ve seen a lot! If he isn’t sure of something, he takes the time to research it. I allowed my husband to go in at several of my visits and he said the same thing! He’s the best doctor we’ve ever seen!
