Do NOT waste your time and money on this clown show, namely “Have a blessed day” Michelle. She is the most uncaring, unprofessional office manager I have ever been around. I worked in healthcare for over seven years. She accused me of Dr. shopping and said that “ It shows here your Rx was picked up! Wrong, no Pharmacist would fill a Rx for controlled substances early. They would lose their license. She lied to me. I know the law. Today, I was supposed to get my Rx, when I got there the Pharmacist said important information was missing on the Rx. The Pharmacist called UC and was told the doctor wasn’t there. The Rx didn’t say it was “Medically Required. I’m out of meds. That phrase is known and required by anyone that knows what they are doing

Update July 7 2021 Had an awful experience with Walgreens on old Hammond and Jefferson and the urgent care. They have 1 doctor who deals with hundreds of patients a day it feels like. I went in for a 8:20 appointment and I’m still sitting in line at the Walgreens at 12:11 trying to get my prescription filled. They mixed the quantity up two separate occasions and seem like they drag their feet. If you ever go to this place ask for MRS. MICHELLE! She’s about the only person who can help you get anything achieved. I put no blame on Dr. Adebayo or Nurse Michelle! They are very nice and very helpful people. They just seem to have problems with the Walgreens right down the street. I still recommend this place because I know my Doc has my best interest at hand and Mrs Michelle will go up to bat for you, just use a different Walgreens if you want anything done in a timely fashion! Had problems trying to fill a prescription early because I ran out and Walgreens wouldn’t help me in anyway and the nurse Miss Michelle went up to bat for me and was able to get my prescription refilled. Very friendly and nice staff who work with you to help your problems that you have. Will continue to suggest this place to people that are in the same position I am and continue to go to this doctor as long as needed. Andrew

I have been going to this clinic for suboxone for the past 5 years, without any significant issues. However recently they have started to see pain pill patients on the same day as suboxone patients. This is why it took 4 hours on my recent appointment, mostly sitting in the waiting room. They will say I was late or they had an emergency. But none of that is true, I was actually early. What drove me to write this, is the fact that they are deliberately putting patients in a position to relapse. Those in recovery have usually severed all ties to people from their addicted life so they have no temptation. Then to go to your doctor and sit next to someone that takes pain pills (bc during conversation ppl ask) is making it harder for us. It's as if the money is what matters, not the individual.. Very disappointed in ya'll.

Questions & Answers

This docter does urine tests and is committed to the best standard of care to his patients. He is brilliant and will spend plenty of time with each patient and gets to the root of the problem.

I agree Dr. Hackley truly takes time with his patients and tries to help in any way possible. The way some places are ran is not always the doctor's fault like many believe. When you have corporate offices running each smaller office and office managers with more control over patients care than the doctor's (when they do not even have a degree) you run into problems that are way beyond the doctor's control, believe it or not. These doctor's are following more orders than we as patients chose to believe sometimes. Obviously they are in control of direct treatment, but overall expectations within a facility can sometimes go beyond the physician you are seeing. Keep that in mind...

God bless those who cast false judgement, I lost my brother to a opiate over dose a year ago the 6/23 makes a year, the ones that sale their meds should know where to buy them as well to pass urine test.
