My primary doctor sent my tests results to Dr John and asked to give me an appointment. A few days later I called my doctor and said I had not heard from Dr John's office. A second call was made requesting an appointment. A week later I called his office. After being put on hold for several minutes I was told I would be call the next day by end of day. I was never call.
