Left me in crippling pain for everyday for the rest of my life 4 bulging discs tword the spinal cord and hitting nerves, had the MRI done. I was told to take tylenol and advil ,I already do and it doesn't help I let them know and i wasn't even offered a stronger advil or anything. Told nothing further can be done, been in physical therapy and chiropractor and the limit is reached on how far my injuries can heal and the chiropractor helps but only for a couple days

I have best the Dr.their I mean I dont know anybody else who take the time to get to the issue of your pain .but the best medicine is he listen to you your not a number he know your name even before you go in the back to see him ..THANKS

Any previous images with reports and medication list also discharge letter if you've ever seen a pain management physician
