I am sorry you are having trouble getting a call back. I have asked one of our scheduling manager's to call you. We have several patients with similar names, but we will do our best to track you down shortly.
We do not have a Dr. Fan on our staff.
We do perform Lasik surgery and we do accept Care Credit for some procedures.
