If I could give zero stars, I would! I have banked with USAA for 13 years and was considering opening a local bank account, since this bank is only a block from my home I figured this would be my best bet. When I walked into i3 Bank to get a cashier's check and things, they turned me away without even asking if I'd like to open an account with them. As I gathered my things to leave, I mentioned that I guess I won't open an account with them, and the lady simply agreed. Definitely dodged a bullet I'm sure!

i3 Bank is an absolute great bank to do business with. I've done business with a lot of banks over the years, and have several different types of accounts with i3. In particular, Wade in the commercial division at the main branch is by far the most professional banker I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He responds to my inquires fast; and always goes that extra mile to help me, my businesses, and my family achieve our financial goals. I'm not even close to his biggest customer, but I would never know that with how he takes care of me. Highly recommend, especially if you are looking for commercial needs. PHENOMENAL BANK!

Absolutely one of the most difficult banks to deal with. They have been an absolute headache to deal with over the past 4 months and have made my life extremely difficult with someone as simple as making a monthly rent payment. After 3 months of making phone calls at the beginning of the month due to rent payment failure from the banks end, I was notified on the 4th month of me calling that an $300 spending increase is not an option and that I have to call every month to make my rent payment. Today the lady on the phone was extremely rude, and had said she hardly believed that I had called for the past 4 months to get my rent payment to go through before refusing to help me solve the issue at hand. Matt at the 156th and maple location is the only one working at that bank that is worth talking to and is the only one that I have really spoken to that is willing to help resolve issues. Regardless, an awful bank to work with.

NEVER before have we ever received such top-notch customer service from everyone at the bank from the tellers to the CEO. They are friendly, smart, and honest people who truly care about helping you no matter how large or small your transaction may be.
