So sick of fnbo and there is never the right person around to endorse a two-party insurance check from storm damage even if you got a 11 a.m.....I was told to go to 90th & Fort....or Downtown .... REALLY. Is there only ONE person who can do this?????????

The most terrible bank ever. They closed my credit cards without reasons. They gave such a short notice. Now all the cash rewards associated with my credit card has to be surrendered. Think twice when you want to open an account with FNBO. Strongly not recommended.

I fell victim to some sort of scam/unauthorized funds on my first national bank checking account. It was devastating and stressful. When I went to the bank off Cass Street, Evan Gurney was able to help me relax and feel better about the whole situation. He’s stuck with it throughout the investigation with the fraud team. He always responds to my phone calls and genuinely cares about helping his customers. First National Bank of Omaha is lucky to have him as a senior banker!
