Bill is a fellow with skills and knowledge that surpass most HD wrench turners. Top end Bottom end it doesn't matter, Cams, to whatever your HD is asking for he can do the job as if he was working on his own. Only 1 man comes to mind that is as superior in workmanship Dave L. 2 choice's in town. But, that's my own opinion. Kobudo.
