This is a great location to set up a tent and go fishing for all of the great native Kansas sport fish. There are plenty of coves that supports ideal parking spots for a camper, or nice flat tent sights for primitive tent sites. The lake is well maintained and monitored by Kansas Wildlife & Parks. Bring the boat out but don't plan on skiing or tubing here. Your going to want to spend the weekend here, so don't forget your campfire grill and camping gear!
