I was late with a review for my food assistant case. So my assistant was cut off. Once I got it done, I was informed that they were operating 18 days behind schedule. So now, my 12 year old daughter and I are trying to get by with no assistance while I wait for disability. Waiting nearly four years. This is where my tax money is going.... nice.

Worst Customer Service ever:( . I have been calling them for 4 days now and nobody’s ever pick up the phone. I have sent my verification, it’s been almost 3 weeks and I never received any updates. Last time I called, someone picked up and she just hung up the phone on my face. That’s Rude!!!

Decent enough folks, but I hope you don't need to call them. They never answer and refuse to call back. It can really be hard on the nerves when you Need them to respond by a deadline.
