The quality and service from this company has really slipped. I will not use them anymore until something is done to correct the many issues that have been happening over the last 6 months.

Cabinet manufacturing. After years of using this company as our "go-to" cabinet manufacturer they have really, really slipped. And now they won't take responsibility for the "worst ever" finishing of cabinet doors. The order was for a large kitchen customer that we have. 90% of the cabinets were damaged in one way or the other. The word disappointed doesn't even cover it. This customers kitchen was headed for an award, now I can't even show it in our portfolio.
