Terrible shop! Avoid at all cost! The sales guy was very nice and Knowledgeable! I went in and chose a bike, they told me that if I can pay cash they are willing to give me the discount! I returned the second day with cash, apparently the boss changed his mind! What waste of my time! They should honor what they said. since I need all the accessories such as helmet, locks, bottle holders etc I offered them an alternative, if they could give me a 5-10% discount on the accessories, I am willing to pay for the full price of the bike, they simply refused! I am a big supporter of local small business. However, business like this simply cannot keep up with online bike shops or big bike shops to offer competitive prices! If they are unwilling to be flexible and change their business model, they will eventually lead to their own self distraction!

Got my first BRAND NEW bike from here, Jayce is super cool. Found me a bike I looove, plus hooked me up with the essentials like lights, lock, new pedals and seat, all that. I bring my bike by while riding and he even checks the tires for me. Plus, the dog mascot Chance? 10/10 employee of the month.

Went in looking for help trying to find a certain part for my electric bike ( a handle bar stem) and was quickly dismissed of any questions I had. They didn't want to hear me out. Just stuck up their nose and told me to try my luck online.

Small shop, been here a number of times, each time I left with good feelings. Usually come for tires, tubes, parts that wear out. Each time without fail someone asks if I need help as I hover over the racks, looking for the size I need. Once the dude walked me upstairs, didn't know who but the owner blends in with the staff (didn't know there was upstairs!) a treasure trove of goodies including pedals, a pair I picked up on impulse, pricey but excellent quality. If I saw an interesting bike on display, they'd answer questions at length without any pressure or reluctance (since I obviously came in for parts and not a new bike purchase). Highly recommend.
