Sorry but this place has no clue what’s going on with apple products. After telling me I needed a new computer because my 2019 wasn’t worth fixing, I got on the phone with Apple support and they had it fixed within the hour. For free. They also sold me a charger a couple of months ago that destroyed my Mac’s charge. Do not recommend.

So glad I found this place while I was in town! I always have issues when going to the Apple Store and had the exact opposite experience here! Ryan and Josh were so helpful in my time of need! If you’ve got any computer issues come here and ask for Ryan or Josh they will help you out!

My Mac book pro was not turning on so I took it to get fixed they told me that the screen was the problem and payed $890 and because of COVID I didn’t use it but a sometime later I turn it on and it does not work. When I took it back they said the logix board and they said it’s not there fault even though the Mac book was working fine and they just said the screen was the problem. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO THIS LOCATION FOR ANY REPAIRS AS THERE TECHNICIANS CANT DO THERE JOBS OBVIOUSLY.

Great service despite being handicapped by the covid virus. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I recommend Melrose Mac in Burbank over the Apple phone help and Apple store in Sherman Oaks! These guys and gals are fantastic, they know their stuff.

Social Distancing, PPE, masks must be worn, plastic partitions between you and the counter person. They are following proper Covid Compliance!
I would go to the apple store, they might be better equipped to handle your issue. You might want to make an appointment thru apples website.
I've never had an issue calling them.
They fixed my wife's iPhone. As far as I know, they can fix any Macintosh product. I also think handle high-end video and audio editing systems.
Unfortunately, they do not, but you can purchase refurbished devices off Apple's Website.
