Will not be returning after my experience today. I have been taking my son here since he was born. We came today for his 12 month wellness visit. We arrived at 9:10 and left around 11:10- 2 hours later. The nurses and doctors are great here, I will say that. The fact that I had to wait 20 minutes to see a nurse, at least 30 minutes to see the doctor and another 40 minutes to get his vaccines is ridiculous. I was stuck in a 100 square foot or less room by myself with a one year old waiting for the greater part of my morning. I understand being understaffed; however, I believe you should let us parents know prior. 2 hours at the doctor is ridiculous with a one year old- there is only so much one can do to keep little ones entertained in a tiny room that long. The part that really upset me, however, is while we were checking out, the receptionist told me that he was unable to book my son’s 15 month appointment because they “don’t book out that far in advance”— we have been coming since he was a week old and have booked out his next appointments for every time— what?! The receptionist was rude and did not try to ask for help or anything once I told him we’ve done this for the past year. Since we are not able to book his next appointment we will not be returning. I realize no one will probably even read this, but I would not wish this experience on anyone with children. We had a mommy and me class that I paid in advance for after this appointment that we couldn’t make it to because of this.

I really like this clinic! I’m quite surprised to see so many bad reviews. I’ve been coming here for over a year. My primary doctor isn’t always available but her resident doctors are also amazing. They listen to my concerns, communicate with my other doctors and figure out a treatment accordingly. I schedule an appointment via phone with quite ease. Once or twice it was like a 15-20 min wait but most of the time it’s much shorter than that. I’m so happy I have this place.
