Not always the best at communication but that's not their fault, you are mainly dealing with call centers. Most appointments aren't booked through them and they do get overwhelmed. That's ok They're Human, However The Drs here will work with you even if they need to send you out by referals. They do not let your concerns or health go unresolved. The receptionist are good at finding out what they need to know to service you better. They will literally take time to reassure your needs are met. Keep in mind they are the middle people. They are patient and deligent and that's good customer service.
