LINDSAY MAXWELL, a representative for this agency, showed up to my mother's house without identifying herself and without any warning, continuously for a week. She banged on the windows both in the front and inside a gated yard on all occurrences. When I showed up on a day she was there, she would not tell me who she was and than called the police (If this was a wellness check, she should of called 911 several days before, when she first started harassing my family). The police came into my mother's house startling and confusing my mother. Furthermore, she questioned neighbor's without cause, giving out important information to them. My mom is afraid and does not understand why she came on so many occasions even after being notified by the care giver service that everything was ok. Extremely unprofessional.

No response to calls, not even when a senior had been waiting for two weeks. Apathetic attitude from staff, no urgency at all. Such poor service.

Horrible experience. Some nosy person Requested an unnessary police well being check on me , which caused me to have a broken door and window. The did not call my listed phone number.I never want to see them again.
