Customer Service at this location is beyond horrible! This is definitely not my first horrible experience. I called regarding a package that appeared to be at their facility according to tracking info from USPS. The very rude and unfriendly woman, Doreena, who answered the phone informed me the package was not there. I asked how do I find it then and was told “it’s moving through the system”. I asked what does that mean and she hung up on me. I genuinely did not know if that meant it was still on its way to me or going back to the sender. Tried calling again and she just hung up on me again. All she had to do was clarify. This post office is a mess all around. Not sure how the post master has not made changes!
