They have a very bad customer service, went on the store nobody asked me if I needed help they justed completely ignored me. Was really willing to get information about the Tesla cars.

The sale person “Mrs Zakiya Hightower” was very courteous and answered all our questions. I highly recommend you purchase your car via Zakiya Hightower. She makes sure your car gets delivered in a very timely manner. She put up with all my back & forth question with an excellent attitude. 🌹❤️❤️❤️

It might be too generous to give a 1 star review here. We scheduled a test drive with Valeria. we are probably 5 mins late, when we are arrived we are told the car is sold in the early morning and this lady called Valeria is not even working today. It’s either this lady was angry against us being 5 mins late or they are really unprofessional to sell the car in the early morning and never inform us. So thanks to them we wasted our 1 hour trip here. Oh forget to mention the store looks somewhat dirty, not sure it’s the lighting or what. Pretty BAD experience here.

Great cars. Kinda horrible customer service. The sales person I dealt with was smarmy. Made a bunch of promises and then when I got my invoice to buy my car the price was higher. I called day after day to try to get it resolved before I was due to pick up my car in Kansas City. Although he kept promising to fix the invoice it never happened. Finally when it was less than 24 hours of pick up time and I was literally at the airport flying to Kansas City, I reach someone in Kansas City who also could not get it resolved. So I ended up canceling my order. I also paid for down payment on solar for my house, which still hasn’t happened. I’ve tried to reach out to the same smarmy sales person who said he would call back and did not. and I’ve tried to reach out online to Tesla because I couldn’t find any phone numbers. I paid a deposit on that solar too but can’t get anyone to come out and give me a quote to install solar.
