Even after a thorough inspection on return, they didnt note it until I received a bill 4 weeks later. Won't rent again from them again. You only should have added your daughter if she was going to be an additional driver. As far as the upgrade, if it was not necessary should not have done that. Make sure you take of visual on your car before you rent it so that they do not find you liable for any scratches or dents that did not occur while you were driving. Take a video walk around your vehicle or take snapshots before you drive off with your Rent-A-Car. So you are not held liable for previous dents or scratches or damage of any sort to the vehicle make sure you identify any debt dents or scratches to your representative as you purchased the vehicle for whatever duration of time
