This rental place was amazing. It was a Saturday morning in Florida and not one other company had a rental available as they were all booked up with reservations as expected. Luckily we were able to snag a car after our reservation fell through with another company. They give a pamphlet with lots of helpful info. They also send you an email immediately with all the reported damage to the car already. PLEASE REMEMBER check your vehicle before leaving the lot. If there is something you didn’t report as being there before you left then you are responsible. We were lucky enough to have the return guy check the photos from the previous return and they were able to see damage that was there but not documented. We got very lucky. I would have lost my mind if we had to pay for damages not done by us. This was the best rental I’ve used ever! I highly recommend them!! Latrese in the Tampa airport was absolutely amazing!! Thank you all for your hard work!

I booked a full size SUV and they gave me a mid size SUV but still charged me a full size SUV price. Will never use them again.

Used to like the company until they hit with a $100 windshield chip claim that pre-existed on the MB 450 I rented. Even after a thorough inspection on return, they didnt note it until I received a bill 4 weeks later. Won't rent again from them again. Would not listen to me even after having spent thousands on high end rentals over the years. Good bye Sixt!

You only should have added your daughter if she was going to be an additional driver. As far as the upgrade, if it was not necessary should not have done that. Make sure you take of visual on your car before you rent it so that they do not find you liable for any scratches or dents that did not occur while you were driving. Take a video walk around your vehicle or take snapshots before you drive off with your Rent-A-Car. So you are not held liable for previous dents or scratches or damage of any sort to the vehicle make sure you identify any debt dents or scratches to your representative as you purchased the vehicle for whatever duration of time

Try looking on Priceline and if you can try renting from a company at the airport usually it seems to be cheaper
