Brutally Honest

By far the worst bank in Tampa. The customer service is beyond awful. If you get Breann as a teller, I feel sorry for you. She is extremely rude and not helpful at all. She denied my transaction because "she didn't know me", then took $200 from my cash deposit. None of the employees have any urgency to attend to the customers or even work for that matter. They refuse to open the drive through windows, they are selective on when they want to follow policy and procedures. Some days they ask for ID, other days the don't. I frequent this bank at least 3 times a week sometime more, and each time they give me a hard time. Literally just to make a DEPOSIT! I refuse to bank with Chase for this reason. Go elsewhere please.

I have been in Chase for 5 years and I have never received such bad attention, you make an appointment and the person who is going to assist you is not even working that day and worse still, there is no one else willing to assist you, in short, go to another Chase not to East .
