No Fix and kept my $187! I obtained 3 quotes to replace screen on my Galaxy Note. DropSmashFix had lowest rate. Frank told me screen had to be ordered, would be fixed in 3 days and that I needed to pay FULL amount up front (which i thought was odd). Over 1 week later still not fixed. Turned out it is a CAN'T FIX. I also was told Mgr had to refund my money back. Thankfully I insisted on getting it in writing. It's been nearly 2 weeks, NO REFUND & NO reply to my f/u inquiry email. Now I've opened a dispute w my cc company. In my opinion: NOT A GOOD WAY TO DO BUSINESS... GO ELSEWHERE-save yourself the hassel!

First of all, it is so refreshing during this crazy covid era to have a company answer the phone with a REAL LIVE PERSON! No recording, no 20-minute holds, etc! My husband and I have been impressed with DropSmashFix ever since we discovered them a few years ago. They are polite and personable and helpful, even over the phone. Today I was looking for a specific iphone case for my new phone. Tried Best Buy (they are not even fielding questions on the phone!) Looked online and found the cheapest case they had was around $30, but only available in black (unless I wanted to wait for 10 days). But since I can never find my phone in the dark shadows of my purse, I had determined to get a brightly colored case. Then I remembered DropSmashFix and called them. Within 30 minutes of my phone call, I had a new bright yellow Otterbox phone case AND a screen protector--installed...both for only $37. I LOVE DropSmashFix!!! 11/29/2020

TERRIBLE service. A TWO WEEK ORDEAL. 9-2: needed a new screen for my Google Pixel 3XL. Not in stock. They ordered it and said it would arrive 1-2 business days. They required full payment up front plus $50 "special order labor" fee. 9-9: I heard nothing so I called for status. Was told the order didn't go through. They reordered and will be shipped overnight. No apology. 9-14: I went to their office and said I want my screen; getting frustrated. I was given the FedEx tracking number that I am expected to follow up with. I asked for $50 fee to be refunded. He'd ask manager. 9-15: tracking number shows it was delivered to them 5 hours earlier that day. I did not receive a phone call. I drive to their office advising THEM my screen had arrived. Asked about my refund: "Unfortunately we can't; that's our profit." They did replace my screen in about an hour. I felt like their employee. I unloaded my dissatisfaction about the terrible service and was told to "Have a nice day."

NEVER TAKE YOUR ELECTRONIC HERE!!! I took my samsung galaxy s10+ in to get it repaired. (The screens we both shattered front and back) I had to pay in advance $329.88. I took my phone in and left it there, was called to pick it up (as I was on my way to work). As i was walking up the walkway to my job i noticed some scratches, so i called them. They said bring it in we will have a look. I took it in they never took it out of the otter box to view the full amount of scratches, then after vigorous calling repeatedly they tell me they can order a replacement and it looked to be handling damage. So I take it in so they can "reevaluate " it, this time I take it out of the case myself and give it to them. This time I get told that I put those scratches on my just paid for phone, and called the same exact day to notify them about. Then the manager or I think decided to yell at me that those scratches must have been put there by you, those werent there last time. And I said it was in the case when I brought it how r u going to see them in the case. Which I then got told I would be blacklisted from this business... hahahahhaha I will never ever refer anyone to them. And I wrote a report on the bbb. I spent $329.88 on getting my phone "repaired" only to have to go somewhere and have it "repaired" again. I do not have money to waste.
