Dr. Spivak is an awesome cardiologists. It is unfortunate that he doesn’t have a great staff when it come to scheduling. I had an appointment schedule on 4/14/22 at 4:30pm. I called the office multiple times and cannot get anyone on the phone. I called back again at 4:45pm and finally someone by the name of Michelle answers the phone. I explained to her that I needed to rescheduled my appointment that I had at 4:30pm because I wasn’t feeling well. She went on to tell me that they need 24-48 hours notice when rescheduling an appointment. While I understand that, I was calling because illness started in afternoon around 1pm and I did call but was unable to get anyone on the phone. Michelle was very insensitive and rude and just said that well you’re calling after your appointment and you should call before. I requested to have Dr. Spivak nurse reach back out to me and she said I can’t have someone reach without a reason. It’s unfortunate that I will now be looking for a new cardiologist because of a staff member.

He is the best doctor in all respect trying to treat patient considering all possible angle and is on top of everything. I am a congestive heart failure patient with multiple problem. He went lot more steps forward to treat my problem which my pcp was not much concerned and missed to take action appropiatly.
